COMMON CHANGES TO THE BODY AFTER GIVING BIRTH
After giving birth, all women experience noticeable changes in their bodies- this is completely natural part of the postnatal journey. It can take months, or even years, for the body to return to
its pre pregnancy state. For some women, these changes are mild and easily managed, but for others, they can be more significant and may affect confidence, comfort, and overall quality of
life. In such cases, treatments like Ultra Femme 360 can offer valuable support.

Childbirth naturally alters the structure of the vagina due to the pressure and strain placed on
the muscles, tissues and surrounding organs. Many women report feeling a sense of “looseness,”
a sign of vaginal laxity. Although the vagina is designed to stretch and contract throughout life,
the body’s ability to rejuvenate and restore tissue can slow down after birth.

Our bodies are constantly renewing themselves- replacing old tissue with new, healthy cells.
When tis renewal process functions efficiently, tissues remain firm and elastic. However, when
it slows down, it can lead to weakened muscles, reduced elasticity, and skin laxity.

After childbirth, the tissues and cells in the vaginal area are often strained and damaged,
causing this renewal process to become less effective. The result is symptoms such as vaginal laxity, decreased strength and reduced vitality in the area.

STRESS INCONTINENCE
Another common concern women face after childbirth is pelvic floor dysfunction, which
frequently presents as stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Stress incontinence occurs when
the pelvic floor muscles- responsible for supporting the bladder and pelvic organs –
become weakened, strained, or damaged. While several factors can contribute to this
childbirth and menopause are the most common cause.

Following delivery, it can take time for the pelvic floor strength to return, and many women experience SUI during this recovery period. If symptoms persist for more than three months postpartum, the condition is generally considered chronic and typically requires targeted treatment to resolve.

Ultra Femme therapy can help by strengthening the tissues in the vaginal canal and
surrounding areas. This added support, enhances the function of the pelvic floor muscles
and can amplify the benefits of other pelvic floor treatments, such as kegel exercises -
like how a supportive sling stabilizes an injured limb during healing.

Due to these changes in the pelvic floor and vaginal canal, approximately one in three
women report experiencing stress incontinence after giving birth. Many others also struggle
with vaginal laxity, reduced sexual desire, and difficulty achieving orgasm, all of which can
impact intimacy and overall quality of life.

REDUCED SENSITIVITY
Research on postnatal women shows that the rugae in the vaginal canal- the natural folds of
tissue that provide elasticity and support the development of healthy vaginal microbiota -
tend to be less pronounced in women who have given birth compared to those who have not.
This physical change, along with the strain placed on the body’s natural process during
childbirth, can influence sexual arousal by affecting sensitivity, blood flow, and natural lubrication. Many women report experiencing reduced arousal and difficulty reaching orgasm after
childbirth, often due to decreased sensitivity and dryness. Vaginal rejuvenation treatments such
as Ultra Feme 360 aim to address these concerns by stimulating cellular regeneration within the vaginal canal, helping to restore tissue health and improve overall sexual function and satisfaction.

HOW CAN ULTRA FEMME 360 HELP?
Ultra femme 360 helps rejuvenate the vaginal area following childbirth by enhancing tissue strength and elasticity while also reducing symptoms of stress incontinence. The treatment uses gentle radiofrequency energy to stimulate the body’s natural healing, resulting in the creation of new tissue in the vaginal muscles and internal and external areas. What this does is improve
the overall tone of the muscles and tissues, tightens the skin and increase blood flow to the area, which treats a range of post-birth symptoms in a simple non-surgical procedure.

THE ULTRA FEMME 360 TREATMENT PROCESS
When you contact myself, I will begin with an initial consultation to get to know you, discuss your goals, and understand what you’re hoping to achieve from your treatment. I will also review your medical history to ensure that Ultra Femme 360 is the right choice for you. If you and I agree that this is suitable, your first session will be scheduled at the clinic.

During your Ultra Femme 360 treatment, a disposable wand is gentle inserted into the vagina.
This device emits radiofrequency energy, which helps to deliver the incredible results Ultra Femme 360 is known for. The internal treatment takes around eight minutes, while the external lasts for about four minutes- meaning you’ll typically be finished in under half and hour. There are no needles, anaesthesia, or pain involved, and most women find the procedure very comfortable.
The most common sensation is a soothing warmth, often compared to a hot stone massage.

After your first appointment, you’ll be booked in for two more sessions to achieve optimal results. Many clients notice improvements immediately after the first treatment, with results continuing
to develop for up to 12 weeks following the final session. Top-up treatments can also be arranged
in the future, and I will advise you on the best timing based on your individual need.

IS ULTRA FEMME 360 RIGHT FOR YOU
Ultra Femme 360 is a fully non-surgical treatment, making it more suitable for many women. However, there are certain contraindications to be away of. If any of these apply to you, I will discuss your individual situation and advise whether Ultra Femme 360 is the right option.
